It is a wonderful alternative for those without chronic conditions, and a great compliment to your mental health treatment otherwise. This program gives you 5 one-hour sessions of Yoga Therapy at a great discount which are good to use through the end of 2024. Plus, at no additional charge, you will receive a mental health-related book (customized for your needs) around your third session. So you are getting 5 hours of sessions and a book for one great deal of a price! Any follow-up sessions you wish to schedule will continue at the $111 per session rate after your 5 sessions have concluded. In this Mindful Mental Health Program, you will be supported with nurturing safe space, insightful evaluations, therapeutic practices and natural sources to boost your emotional and cognitive health. Some key things covered are emotional intelligence and emotional resilience as well as brain boosting tips and holistic domains and aspects of wellness. Aspects of wellness take a deeper look into several areas of your life, your desire to feel differently and any opportunities to improve your well-being in those areas will be discussed and therapeutic practices given to address your needs. Pamela is a mentor passionate about being that support and gentle guide when you feel you need it. She is a C-IAYT certified Yoga (aka Holistic & Natural) Therapist, a Multi-Certified Life Coach with Spiritual Healing Training. You will complete this program with feelings of freedom and empowerment and renewed mental health. In person Redding, CA and virtual sessions over Zoom are available. You will be directed to schedule your first session when booking this package, and will be emailed your Zoom link and paperwork to fill out prior to your first session.
