Non-Refundable (Transferable) 55% Deposit Required to Book. The remainder is due by Sept 15, 2021. Those booking agree not to hold us / Thriving Lotus LLC responsible or liable for transportation including airfare if needed. Most airlines now offer transferrable airfare tickets in 2021 which impose less risk to the traveler. We provide a clean & sanitized retreat environment & request all particpants be free of any fever or symptoms prior to traveling to the retreat for the safety of our group. Attendees agree to temp check on arrival & our discretion concerning this.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel within your 72 hour cancellation window. No refunds are guaranteed after that time, but please contact us if you need to cancel. For 2 or more persons we have other options not listed so please send us a message for more info. If interested in more deluxe amenities, please message us about those unlisted options. For 2, the Queen Shared Room or the Twin Shared Room with AC has two beds, so you can go ahead and book those 2 together for a quantity of 2 for 2 people. The other Twin in Shared Room and King in Shared Room go together, so if 2 or 3 people wanting to book that room, please message us for the invoice. A Deluxe King Suite not listed has a private hot tub and kitchen! Please message us if interested. You are welcome to book then transfer your booking to a different accommodation option within the 72 hour window. Thank you!
